Turning off the ground plane by default in Rhino 7

Is there a way to turn off the ground plane by default in Rhino7?
Some plugin disables the access to the ground plane command and I don’t seem to have a way to turn off while the plugin is open.

Hi Shinya - you can turn off the GP in your template files - does that do it?
