I have the problem that, when using the interactive VA section display, i get transparent object sections. Rhinos standard clipping masks work perfectly!
I just need the VA ones for non-linear sections, or is there a way to use Rhino native ones in that way?
The green marked hatches are from the Rhino clipping mask the blue ones from the VA one. I used the standard section type (section type: no override, I tried already custom hatches, too).
Is this a bug? How can I display hatches correctly?
Hi @Rafael_Ba can you share this file? this way we can take a better look at how the section styles are assigned to objects and other display settings.
The original file had over 200 MB, I got it down to 60 MB, only containing the problematic section and few geometry. For some reason the file wont allow to get smaller, thats why I cannot upload it.
I also checked the sectionview settings compared to a file where it worked, and everythink was identical.
When copy-pasting objects into a new file everything works as expected. But, this is not an option as it would be of tremendous work to recreate layouts and file-specific meta-data of this huge project.
