As the tOpos plug-in is a 3^rd party Grasshopper plug-in, this is only remotely related to Rhino. From the plug-in’s page on Food4Rhino, I see that there’s a link where you can check compatibility of your GPU with tOpos. Apart from that, you might need to contact the author of that plug-in.
