Tool bars disappeared in rhino 8 on my macbook pro

I downloaded a plugin and it required me to restart rhino like most plugins do when you download them. When I opened rhino again all my toolbars disappeared and IDK how to view them again. Can anyone help?

Hi Jack, Try going to the Window>WindowLayouts>Default pulldown.

I abandoned my original question, which was about disappearing sidebars, when I realized that I did not see where to start a post! Where is the start-point exactly? No “Post” button. No “start new topic”. Ironically, the sidebar to the right of the window in which I’m typing urges me to “start new topic”. Where?

When you click on the Rhino logo in the top-left corner, is the + New Topic button not appearing in your browser?
