Is it too late to request an improvement to the curve length annotation in Rhino9?

That’s too late, yes. The Rhino 9 beta is feature-complete.

I keep wishing that it looked more like a linear dimension or aligned dimension annotation instead of just a leader. The dimension lines could follow the curve being dimensioned.
