Text to Object Clash Detection and Adjustment

Hi Guys,

Is someone have come across with detecting text or tag clashes to an object?
like line and manage to adjust the test or tag away from the object to avoid clashes.
This is very useful in tidy-up multiple plans fast and skip the tedious task.
