Text formulas sometimes fail

We are having an issue with text formulas. Sometimes™ they stop working and display ###. It happened for at least two of our designers, randomly. What’s weird is that closing and re-opening the file doesn’t fix it reliably – but again Sometimes™ it does.

I opened the files on my machine and they work fine. I have never encountered this bug and cannot reproduce it. Has anyone heard of such a bug before? Is there a way to diagnose the issue, force re-evaluation or anything?

(We are currently on Version 8 SR20)

I would start by making sure the Python plugins are enabled in the Plugin Manager.

Oh, now that you mention it, I remember having to reload the python plugin on her machine a few weeks ago. It’s probably the reason. I’ll check tomorrow. Thanks.
