What is the task at hand and WHY can’t you do this yourself if it is so important???

Hey, sorry if it was too direct 
It’s not mesnt to shut him/her down, but to quickly give the info needed to get help. According to poster it is urgent and then it’s urgent that poster learns how to get help.
