I have two sets of very similar curves. With one set I can get a good polysurface but with the other set it is just not working. I encountered this on the current WIP but on Rhino 8 the same thing happens also.
I add the file. Does anyone have any ideas why this happens?

explode the shape-curves to get 4 Segements / Curves
do sweep 4 times
one sweep1 or 2 for each side

The set that you have worked with is already working.
The other one has a problem…
Right but the other one can be built the smae way and it works perfectly.
Did you tried already?
That works, of course.
The question remains, WHY it fails.
I had such situations where no easy workarounds were possible.
Shouldn’t _Sweep2 using the 3 highlighted curves just work?
It should.
Maybe @Gijs could to take notes of this unexpected result and add it to the YT.
