When I work with a single curve, I can get the surface I want without any problems. However, when I work with multiple curves, the Sweep 2 operation does not work.

It works—to keep your current system: Weave instead of Entwine will help here.

You only need one section curve per sweep unless you want to segment the sweep in a particular way. Let me know if this works.

Why don’t you extrude and fillet?
Not answering for @deneme but while entertaining a related thought I realized the sweep sections aren’t arcs nor interpolated curves so fillet will produce a different result/object? I didn’t check, perhaps this is irrelevant in this case anyway.
