I am unable to join these surfaces.
I made these 5 surfaces using common curves. (meaning that the curve used to make one edge of the first surface is the same curve used to make an edge of the second surface). Given this, I thought joining would be easy? I can’t figure out what’s wrong, any help is appreciated.

The model is some 90~ meters across, is quite some way from world 0,0,0 and is modelled in mm with a tolerance of 0.001mm (one micron!). I suggest you switch your units to meters and they will join just fine.
