Hi,
any idea how to create a grid on this surface using points??
made some lines in the left viewport to show what i am trying to achieve
any help would be appreciated !

Not sure if this is 100% what you are looking for. But it might be a good start. I’ve attached the GH file of what I did with internalized data. I used your curves but rebuilt them. May or may not be an option depending on what these curves are for.
I did this in Rhino 6 but I think it should still load fine in 5.
