Surface from points, but a LOT of points does not work

Hi, dumb question but I cant seem to get a surface out of these points (at all). When I try to do the nurbs surface from points, I got told that it can’t work with this number of points. Other methods require me to have a curve, of which I can’t generate or join points to create a curve ><

surface from points will only work if your points have a logical grid like structure (rows and columns) The U input should be the number of points in your grids U direction.

these points were only shifted up and down the z direction though…how do i even make curves of them, i need this rather urgently haha.
