SubdLoft Aligned not Working?

So I have these curves.

In orange the start points. (yes they do not align)

I thought the purpose of this function was to align them before the loft?

Here the result (obviously not as expected).

In order to solve this I first need to change the seam of my curves which is very cumbersome.

Hi @ShynnSup , Thanks, filed as https://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-82823 . I got a different result but still incorrect with SubDLoft using misaligned crvs.

This is still very much an issue today (February 2026).

SubDLofts should be rather straightforward, but the results are always twisted and lousy.

The command seems to completely ignore the edits made to the curve seems while it is running.

The seams need to be edited beforehand with CrvSeam…unless there are only two curves to loft, in which case the edit of the seams will be taken into account.
