I’m hoping someone can help teach me how to solve the issue I’m having, i have a couple points on my project which i cant get to close, i managed to get one sorted but no luck with the others. The file is quite messy as i’m new at rhino.

I downloaded your file and took a quick look with ShowEdges set to Naked Edges only, as it looks like you did. Using SubObjectSelection and Zoom I was able to see some small anomolies as you pointed out in your zoomed in picture in Problem Area 01. In Problem Area 02, there’s a strange edge that points into your project. If I were to fix the problem, I’d delete the 3 surfaces I have highlighted in yellow and remake them, making sure to snap to endpoints and using existing edges to complete the eventual closed surface (solid). Sweep2 may do the trick.
