Stair style

Is it possible to change the standard arrow style?
I would like to use simple diagonal dashed lines. In case there is another stair underneath I use two cut-off lines. I’ve added an example.
stair

Hi @ME_Mark,

No, that’s not currently possible.

Regarding the double cut-off lines when there is a stair underneath… Is this a standar? Or it is just your way to represent them?

Thanks,

Enric

Enric, this one is also the Polish standard.

Hi @jerry.bakowski,

Great!! If it’s a standard, then we must definitively try to support it.

I only asked because there are many architects that like to represent certain objects in a custom way. And it is impossible for us to implement all of these custom representations, so we try to add support for standards.

I’ve added an entry in our wish-list so it could be implemented in a future VisualARQ update.

Good approach

Hi @enric, yes it’s common practice in the Netherlands. Although there is some variation in linetypes.
Stairs and ramps have these diagonal cut-off lines. But the arrow style for a ramp differs from the stairs. I will attach an example when I’m at a pc.

Hi @ME_Mark,

We’ve already plans to allow user to customize the arrow style, just like we now allow users to customize the section line ends.
