Solid Difference Wholly within Brep

Hi All,

I like to get an understanding as to why my Solid Difference does not seem to work as I am expecting

Solid Difference.gh (15.0 KB)

Some background info. I am trying to create a precast plank with an internal void. If I have the void Pipe intersecting a face, it creates the difference,

However, when I have the void Pipe positioned correctly (wholly within the Brep), it does not create the difference.

I have extracted the data and placed it in the attached GH file.

Is this how it should behave? are there any workarounds?

Cheers,
