Slotted hole / long hole

Sorry for the simple question.
what is the easiest way to make a slotted hole?
I always solve it with complicated workarounds.
solid works has its own tool for this and it’s done in seconds. does rhino do the same?

Please try the command Rectangle with Round option. Fyi,

Or offset a line both sides with round caps…
