Simplify/optimize bottle definition (especially the threaded neck)

Hi everyone,

I just finished modeling this

bottle.gh (42.6 KB)

bottle in Grasshopper, but my definition ended up much larger and more complicated than I expected. Since I’m still learning, I’d appreciate any advice on simplifying or optimizing the workflow.

My main issue is the threaded neck. I created it using a helix, perpendicular frames, circles, and a loft. It works, but the thread is too smooth because of the circular profile.

Is there a better way to create bottle threads using a custom profile (triangle, polygon, or any curve) to get sharper, more realistic threads? Also, if you see any obvious improvements to make the whole definition cleaner or closer to the reference bottle, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks in advance!
