Simple Parametric tutorial suggestion request

Can somebody recommend a good parametric modeling tutorial for Rhino3d that does not use Grasshopper, similar to this person’s Fusion360 tutorial. I have a 3d printer and would like to design things around the house. I own Rhino for years and see just how powerful Rhino is. I do not need the extreme power that comes with Rhino, I could use a Rhino for 3d printing dummies book

I have tried Fusion/OnShape/FreeCad/Blender and the couple on iPad. Each has pros and cons. Biggest pro to Rhino, for me, is I own it and the files I create on my box not in the cloud.

You’ll have to clarify your requirements. There are no parametrics in native Rhino.
