a new challenge - i did not find a vanilla rhino solution
Given is a circle (green) at x,y = 100,90 with R=15
The challenge is to find a circle that has its center on the y-Axis and passes the origin and will define a tangent between both circles.
This tangent has to touch the new circle at x = 20
with constraints in onshape:
this challenge is related to my other challenge regarding fillets and constraints.
