Shapediver new user issues

I am trying to switch my other user on my Shapediver organisation account and it is giving me this error, even though I have set the prior account to suspended (see second screenshot below).

Can you please resolve this ASAP for us as it is preventing our new collaborator from uploading the scripts that we need.

Please try again, inviting a further user should work now.

That seems to be working.

Muhammed, I can only set the user type once you have accepted the invite.
