We are not able to log on our shapediver account anymore
I tried the “Log in using your company SSO”
But it says “No SSO provider found for this email address.”
Did you change something?

Are you normally logging in using login and password or the 3rd party methods (google, apple, mcneel…)? I cannot reproduce this issue at the moment.
We usually login with email and password

I just tried and it says “User not found” … !
I checked in our administrative panel and saw that the username of your user is olivia@dampere.fr, but the email address associated with the account is info@dampere.fr. This might lead to confusion. It should work to login with the “info” email address and maybe update the username associated with the account.
