Setting North for Sun

Could someone please enlighten me on if the “North angle” that rhino sun asks for is correct for my project/model, which shows that true north is 28 degrees east of project north/the orientation of the model.

Is rhino asking for how many degrees off “Y” the true north of project/model is?

If so, is my 332 degree input what it wants?

The North angle is the angle (in degrees) of North in the xy plane as measured counterclockwise from the x-axis. So yes, 332 degrees is what you want!
