Separating Curve Segments Interior vs Exterior GH

I am trying to separate the outside curve segments from the inside curve segments in this group of curves that comes from the same original boundary surface:

I want for both the “inside” and the “outside” group to be used in the future and maintain a similar order in lists and continue to be separate.

Is the original curve closed?

You can use either curve side or point in curve to sift the offset curves into two lists.
