Are there conditions under which section cuts through polysurfaces displacement mapped will fill to the edge of displacement-mapped boundaries? It’s not doing so here. thanks

Hi @djhg I don’t think so. This feature has been never implemented in VisualARQ when using VisualARQ sections.
In Rhino 7, I can see the objects with displacement cut properly when using Clipping planes. But VisualARQ’s section attributes are not applied.
Displacement on VisualARQ objects is not supported either so far.
In Rhino 8, I can see the section fills are not adapted to objects with displacement.
In Rhino 9 Beta it doesn’t seem to be any improvement on this. We are eager to make this work with VisualARQ objects, but we may need first McNeel makes it work properly with Clipping planes and Rhino objects.
