Saving Rhino 7 files as Rhino 5 file in the Mac version

I am a student who uses the Rhino 7 Evaluation version on Mac and I have to save my files in Rhino 5 format because my instructors request it that way. How can I save my files in Rhino 5 format using the Rhino 7 Evaluation version?

Hello - on Mac, I believe you need to use Export.
