Saving Modified Palette in Rhino 7 and Exporting to 8 (Mac)

I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction of how to save a specific modified tool palette in Rhino 7 and import it to Rhino 8. Many thanks

Thanks, but I can’t work out how to save the modified palette I created in Rhino 7 to be able to export it. Any ideas?
