Saving ladybug Solar analysis - views from sun as named views

Hi there,

I am pretty new to using grasshopper the solar analysis tool from ladybug and i wish to know how to automatically save views every 30 minutes.
I understand we can do this with the animate slider. But i am not following the steps to get it.

Hi @Jen2,

hoover to the slider, right mouse click:

chose animate, fill in the animate dialogue box:

Then you get a folder with a sequence of images. You can put them together with other software and save them as gif or something. I use ImageJ. Download
I think however there are also some grasshopper plugins which can generate animations without the use of external software.
