RiR not showing up in R2024

I have installed RiR on my desktop and it works in R2022 and R2024, but I just tried installing it on my laptop and the RiR tab is not showing up. I have the latest version of R2024 and RiR Puplic Release (1.16).

I checked the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins[version] folder based on this autodesk article, and I see the Rhino.Inside folder in Revit 2022, but not Revit 2024. Not sure why that’s happening? Can I just copy the folder over?

Hi Liam,

Try doing a repair install on Rhino.Inside.Revit via Add & Remove Programs>Modify>Repair.

I’ve already tried repairing it, but I just realized that I haven’t tried uninstalling and then reinstalling. I did that and it worked. Thank you!
