I need help installing rhinoinside in a local python environment.
I’m new to python (and rhinoinside) but I don’t understand why rhinoinstall can be installed in the global environment and not in a local environment.
Are you an idea?

and the local environment is simply created with
python -m venv .venv who uses python 3.7.6
