The system information looks good.

I would start by making sure that all your display modes are actually at their default values. Your viewport backgrounds are white, but default is grey-ish.

Go to Tools > Options > Views and go through each display mode that hasn’t got its name in black but blue. Select each of those and make sure you restore the defaults for those. Then restar Rhino and see if that helped.

If that didn’t do it try disabling keyshot plug-in, restart Rhino and see if that made a difference.
