Rhino to Cad export Hatches and blocks change location

Hello All,

I have this weird issue when exporting DWG from Rhino. I’m going to show a simplified version of my file on this thread. as you can see in the rhino file, there are some curves, polylines, hatches, and the door and the bubble is a block instance:

when I export to Cad, the hatches and the blocks move elsewhere for some reason:

anybody know why this happens and how I can fix it?

when opening your file i get this warning.

Changing the ModelBasePoint back to 0 exports as expected.
