Rhino surfaces are not soft at all

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with surfaces in Rhino 6. When I edit a surface with control points they become really sharp and not smooth at all. I tried to change tolerence, units, rebuild,… nothing.

This is when I use SoftSurfaceEdit command.

I want to have smoother surface like nurbs actually, right now it looks like polygons or mesh.

I don’t know what to do so if someone can help me it would be nice !

it seems you have a surface with a lot of contropoints and degree 1, try with few points and degree 3
