Rhino material editor wish: remove unassigned materials

Hi,

could be nice to remove all unassigned materials to keep the material editor clean. Also it could be useful to get unassigned materials greyed-out in list mode.

I believe the “purge” command will do this…

Seems to work fine here. Thank you.

(A command could be added to the material editor context menu for quick usage only for materials (internal all other purge options disabled))
