Better try to lay off the “solid modelling tools”, and just use what Rhino was made for - NURBS surface modelling - and so, FilletSrf and Trim do the job just fine. [Skärmbild 2026-06-07 12.39.56]

Older or “enterprise” version may have some bug that are solved in newer ones.
