Rhino 8 SR7 Hangs when dragging 'More Options' window from the side bar

When dragging and releasing the pop-up ‘More Options’ windows from the sidebar (i.e. the Ground Plane ‘More Options’ from the Rendering options in the side bar), both the window and the docked side options disappear and the Rhino hangs. This happens also with the Sun Settings. See attached video.

Can you run SystemInfo and post your results? Not seeing this on a quick test.
