I have recently created a Rhino account, however I am struggling with obtaining my license key. The only email I have received is the one to confirm my account. From my understanding, am I waiting for a subsequent email which will include my license key?
Is this an evaluation license? The key was shown for you to copy when you downloaded the installer, one of the ways to see it again is to restart the download - the same key will be shown.
If you ordered a paid license, was it an educational one? They may take some time to process. I would contact the place you bought it from and ask for news. If you ordered from McNeel, someone here might be able to tell you what the status is.
I’m not seeing a license connected to the email address that you used to create your account here on the Discourse forum. You don’t mention buying a license, so just to make sure, creating a Rhino account is required to be able to download Rhino but is not sufficient to also get a license. If you used a different email address and downloaded the evaluation or bought Rhino directly from McNeel, the key is automatically added to your Cloud Zoo.
As troubleshooting licensing issues requires the exchange of sensitive user information, please contact either your vendor or sales@mcneel.com directly.
