Rhino 8 is extremely slow to open files

Tested workflow in the following order:

  1. I made certain all instances of R8 were closed.
  2. I opened a new instance of r8
  3. I opened an existing Rhino 8 file, it also has the 10sec+ lag event.

I only counted the lag event duration for #3 (the existing file).
