direct shortcuts I would run out of keys this way pretty fast. I have like 100 2-letter aliases. You can use the space.bar too instead of enter-key by the way. I always miss the autocad/rhino alias-system in other software, and always have to use unconfortable key-combinations there.

Lightwave and modo also have direct shortcuts. I used to have all the keyboard mapped, with modifiers and combinations of modifiers. That way you can also handle 100+ commands. I haven’t seen a better and faster workflow. There could be an option to enable this mode.
