Cannot crash Rhino 8 more reliable than activating an imported display mode.

you can use one of these Rhino display mode i made. To export Pdfs, print with no less than 300 ppi and in raster not vector. 07_Revit Style .ini (13.9 KB) 12_White and Lines.ini (13.6 KB)

can anybody reproduce this?

moreover: I can see display modes in viewport properties panel that
I deleted already.

Rhino 8 MacOS Crashes when switching to custom Viewport

Hello, I’m trying out Rhino 8 on a MacBook Pro Max M4 (OS Sequoia 15.1). I tried to use some files that my Windows laptop couldn’t handle, and it felt snappier. Make2D is incredibly fast. However, I tried to use some of my custom viewports. In a small file, it worked fine, but when switching to a bigger file, it failed to change and automatically crashed. Do you know if I’m doing something wrong? I really want to give a Mac a try. I tried switching renderer between CPU and metal but no differ…

I can repeat this on Mac, works fine in Windows. I dig a bit and will post my findings. Thanks for reporting. @jeff is out for the holiday so additional details might have to wait till he gets back.
