Rhino 8 bug Layer selection

Hello everyone
We are at the SR15 version of rhino 8 and this bug is still present in the selection of layers with the left mouse button. In the attached video the problem is quite evident. Maybe there is some option to activate? Some keyboard shortcut? Is this bug annoying only for me?
