Rhino 7__How to fix intersecting mesh faces

Hi all,
I used Rhino 7 to generate a model for an underground mine. When I mesh the model, I found that it has 13 pairs of mesh faces that intersect each other. This mesh issue prevents me from exporting a valid mesh to a finite difference software to conduct a stress analysis.
Does anyone have any solutions to fix the mesh issue that I am having?

I’d recommend fixing the original model before meshing it.
