Rhino 6 issue : dimensions made in Layout appear in wrong location when printing via RhinoPDF

As the long title would suggest: when I use Rhino PDF to save a layout all the dimensions made in the Layout end up offset to the upper left corner. When using Adobe PDF they appear wher they are supposed to be, but the over all quality of the Layout is much worse.
Has anybody else ever had the same problem?

I scaled down the frame a bit (it was within the domain of the layout, so I didn’t think it was the issue) now the dimensions are in place. It’s a strange bug, but the work around is super easy, so I guess: problem solved.
