ExactFlat Technical Sales & Support Engineer**

About the Role

We are hiring a technical, customer-facing 3D CAD specialist to support sales, demos, 3D model development and customer success. This role combines hands-on Rhino 3D CAD work with product demos and technical support. ExactFlat training will be provided.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years professional experience using Rhino 3D

  • Strong experience editing, repairing, and working with mesh data

  • Ability to prepare clean, flattening-ready 3D CAD models

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

Responsibilities

  • Clean, repair, and prepare CAD and mesh data

  • Deliver live and recorded product demos

  • Provide technical customer support on CAD and workflow issues

  • Clearly explain modeling workflows and geometry issues to customers

Skills

  • Rhino 3D (required)

  • Mesh manipulation and cleanup (required)

  • Clear technical communication with non-technical users (required)

Nice to Have

  • Multi-Lingual

  • Soft goods manufacturing or fabrication workflow experience
