Revolve not round / circular

Hello - I have something really weird going on, which I have no idea why it is happening, as I am pretty sure I haven’t had this issue before…

in anycase, when I create a revolve, the polysrf created is not perfectly round / circular - I really do not understand why this is happening as I would assume a revolve should be perfectly round.

here are a could pics for reference and a Mac, rhino v7 file with the revolved object.

This is really messing with my workflow, as I am unable to revolve to create true round objects, instead I need to extrude circles, etc, and then make changes to that, etc etc…

I hope this is just a strange setting???

many thanks and look forward to hearing from someone as soon as possible on how to resolve…

regards,

Dunno, I revolved your profile and it looks pretty round to me…

Ah, I think I know why - in Revolve you set Deformable=Yes. That will make an “approximate” circle. Set it back to No and try again.
