I recently bought a new computer and need to install Rhino 5 on it but I lost the CD case with the key on it. Is there a way to retrieve the key from the installed copy on my old computer before I get rid of it?

You’ll need to contact Sales on Monday when the office opens.
Hopefully they can find your registration.
hit the chat button on the rhino web page- often if everything “smells” legit they can pull your key for you. by "smells legit, I mean, you e-mail matches and contact info is correct, there are not 15 validations, etc, etc… or as John says, call sales-
