Removing Honeybee and Ladybug

Hi,
It seems the current honeybee plugin that I have is not well installed, I tried to remove it with this link:

but nothing happens…
Is there any other way to remove the plugin and install it again?

Which version you are trying to remove? Legacy or current?

How can I check the version? the one that I have now, comes in two tabs: HB energy and honeybee

a General way of removing Ladybug / Honeybee tools:
1- Delete User Objects folders that pertain honeybee and ladybug to from the folder below: (Don’t Delete Other Folders)
%AppData%\Grasshopper\UserObjects

2- Uninstall Radiance (In case you have it installed)
3- Uninstall Open Studio (In case you have it installed)

and I think you are good to go.

Thanks, I did remove the files, I still can see two tabs as follows. Is there anything else I can do?

Did you remove ladybug as well? You need to delete all ladybug tools user objects, ladybug, Honeybee and Dragonfly

Also can you check the libraries folder for any items related to ladybilug tools?

I recommend the latest. 1.4
There are few training resources for it. But I suggest checking out Philip Galvan Design channel on YouTube. He recently made a really helpful series of Honeybee Radiance.
