Reducing poly count


I have some furniture that was modelled using polys in Maya. Does Rhino have any tools to reduce the polycount?

I converted the polys to nurbs using T-splines, and tried playing around with the mesh settings but haven’t managed to get the count significantly lower.

Any hints?

Hi Andrew,

Try ReduceMesh it doesn’t sound like you’d need QuadrangulateMesh but that one can be helpful too in reducing.
