RecordAnimation is not working if Rhinoceros is in spanish

Hi,

I’m using this command in my scripts and it is failing for “TargetFolder” parameter if I configure Rhinoceros in Spanish. Rhinoceros in English works as expected:

! -_RecordAnimation _TargetFolder "some_path" _RunAnimation=_No _Enter

Rhinoceros version: 7.12.21313.6341

This works fine in Rhino 7.13.

RH-66771 is fixed in Rhino 7 Service Release 15
